‘Bark-Pocket’ Bench (SOLD)

Description

The top of this hall bench is made up of 8 wild bark pocket elm staves, cut to maximise the features of the wood with a hint of contrasting light sapwood coming through the top.  The chunky, tapered scorched ash legs are each connected by a single sliding dovetail, highlighted against the light sapwood of the elm top.
